Job Title : NW Inventory Manager

Compensation : $28-$31 an hour plus benefits

Role Type : Full-Time

Position Summary :

The NW Inventory Manager at PM1 is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that keep PM1’s equipment accurate, available, and ready for nationwide deployment. This role owns the full asset lifecycle—ensuring precise tracking, clean transfers, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility that supports both Production and Operations.

You will partner with Finance, Warehouse Management, Production teams, and Operations Leadership to ensure every show is supported with reliable gear and clear data. This role also leads Inventory Specialists across multiple PM1 locations.

This position is ideal for a detail-focused operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how equipment availability affects margin, readiness, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory & Asset Management

Own and manage PM1’s master inventory database, ensuring accuracy, structure, and usability.

Develop gear forecasts with Production Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Operations leadership.

Lead, train, and develop Inventory Specialists across Detroit, Orlando, DC, and other PM1 hubs.

Partner with Finance on asset depreciation, replacement planning, and ROI assessments.
