A company is looking for a Lead UX Conversation Designer to create and refine the behavior of autonomous multimodal agents.
Key Responsibilities
Design agent behavior across text, voice, and UI surfaces, focusing on planning, acting, and recovering
Develop and document reusable behavioral patterns and templates for agent interactions
Collaborate with engineering and product management to ensure effective agent functionality and user experience
Required Qualifications
Deep experience in designing for agentic systems and multi-turn workflows
Strong writing skills for both voice and text interactions
Knowledge of memory models and reasoning behavior
Ability to analyze agent failures through logs and behavioral signatures
Experience in creating scalable reusable behavioral patterns
