Position : Welder Fitter
Location : Vancouver, WA
Pay : $30+ / hour (DOE)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM (Potential Flexibility)

What You'll Do :
As a Welder Fitter, you will be responsible for :
- Reading blueprints and design documents to fabricate precision parts.
- Cutting and welding high-quality parts from aluminum, stainless, and mild steel.
- Ability to fit a project from blueprint to finished product
- Safely handling and maneuvering heavy materials using equipment like forklifts, cranes, and hoists.
- Ensuring parts meet customer specifications and inspecting assemblies.
- Demonstrating proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Dual Shield welding techniques.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with supervisors and fabricators to meet production goals and quality standards.

Experience : 5+ years of welding experience , particularly in structural MIG welding on aluminum, Mild Steel and TigSkills : Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Dual Shield welding processes, and strong ability to fit parts to complete jobsPhysical Ability : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and perform repetitive movements.Safety First : A strong focus on safety in both welding and material handling.Blueprint Reading : Ability to interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions.The Musts :
