Staff Accountant

Location : Fresno, CA

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization in Fresno, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support their finance and accounting team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to grow their career while contributing to an organization that makes a meaningful community impact.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and grant reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies
• Assist with audits and work with external auditors as needed
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures
