Salary : $240,000–$260,000 base + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm — No nights, weekends, or call

Position Overview :

A well-established national healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Physician Center Medical Director  for our clinics in Longmont, CO. This is a unique opportunity to lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining hands-on patient care. The role is ideal for a physician who enjoys blending clinical work with operational leadership — all within a weekday-only schedule.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $240K–$260K (based on experience and qualifications)

Monthly Medical Director stipend

Monthly productivity (RVU) bonus
