The Manouchehr Khalili Farmers Insurance Agency is recruiting for the Protg Program - a unique mentorship experience offering hands-on training from a successful, established Farmers Agent. Upon completing the program, you'll be equipped with the skills and support needed to launch and grow your own independent Farmers agency.

Earning Potential :
In the Protg Program you'll receive a base salary, plus commission, along with performance bonuses.
After graduating from the Protg Program and launching an agency, many retail agents in our district earn over $200,000 in combined commissions and bonuses in their first year. Results are tied directly to individual performance.
We are looking for individuals who :
- Are motivated to own and operate their own business
- Thrive on unlimited commission and performance-based bonuses
- Are willing to obtain or currently hold Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses
- Have a proven track record in sales or business development
- Possess strong leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing team
- Understand the importance of investing in marketing, customer service, and business operations

Responsibilities
Utilize automated workflow programs to track leads through their life cycle - from intake, follow up, through to the close of the sale.Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.Maintain phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.Establish and develop customer relationships, and actively follow up with clients.Become proficient with Farmers products, services, and systemsContribute to success by bringing in new business, cross-selling, promoting new initiatives, and servicing existing clients with excellenceRequirements
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Prior sales experience or client-facing background preferred.A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (or willing to obtain before hire).
