Amazon Business (AB) aims to become the most customer‑centric provider of products and procurement services for businesses and governments across the world. The AB Services team was established in Q2’22 as a key enabler of turnkey solutions that reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and free up bandwidth to focus on core business. Services are most critical to enabling AB customer deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of being able to both think big in developing something from scratch and dive deep looking around every corner to ensure we deliver a world‑class solution. All the while, this leader will have an extremely high bar on how we meet the needs of our varied customers.
You will need to thrive on delivering results in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment. She will be a thought leader who can build new business models, address unmet customer needs and invent new solutions. This individual will lead a dedicated software development team to build a brand new solution for international business customers.

About the team
As a Software Dev Manager on AB Services team, you will join a highly technical and entrepreneurial team building applications to change the B2B e‑commerce segment. You will participate in the full development cycle, end‑to‑end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance. You will evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing technologies and tools, and you’ll coach and mentor junior development engineers. We work in an entrepreneurial environment and deliver value incrementally and frequently. We are still in the early stages of development, so it is going to be Day1 everyday on the team!
