Be actively involved in designing, developing, testing, and supporting mission‑critical systems. AI : Each developer has access to GitHub Copilot and Roo Code for development. Additional internal projects dive deeper (RAG, MCP) Design & Development : Architect and develop components and solutions within our core Framework. Enhancements : Continuously improve and optimize existing Framework components and solutions. Innovation & Problem‑Solving : Proactively research and explore new technologies and solutions, both collaboratively and independently. Quality Assurance : Drive thorough testing to ensure high code quality, reliability, and maintainability. Optimization & Security : Conduct performance tuning and implement robust security measures for applications. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and processes. Strong expertise in Java, Spring / Spring Boot, REST API, JSON, XML for backend development. Solid understanding of cloud fundamentals and security concepts . Hands‑on experience with security protocols like OAuth2, JWT, and CSRF protection. Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture , and database technologies . Excellent debugging , analytical , and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced agile team environment. Demonstrated experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies . Knowledge CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Maven repository management . Familiarity with streaming technologies(e.g., Kafka). Exposure in Vue.js, jQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 for modern web application development. Exposure to IDP software (Azure, Forgerock) and managing authentication (OIDCs, SAML). Exposure to Maven repository management like Nexus. Understanding of cryptography concepts, including public / private keys, digital certificates, and secure communication using TLS / SSL. Understanding of security best practices for web applications. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jest). Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
