Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application and Technical Support Specialists
Oversee daily support operations, including workload distribution and customer satisfaction
Monitor support dashboards to identify trends and inform operational decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, or Data Analytics
2+ years of direct people-management experience in a customer-facing or technical environment
Familiarity with healthcare benchmarking or business intelligence tools
Experience supporting complex SaaS or data-driven products
Strong understanding of data workflows and benchmarking methodologies
