Shift :

  • This position is seasonal specifically for the holiday market , and the shift schedule runs from 9 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 PM for the duration of the market.
  • There are two shifts available for the role :

    • Shift 1 - 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM

    Shift 2 - 3 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM

    Work Location : In person / New York store locations / Pop-ups / Events / Holiday Markets

    Job Summary :

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team for street markets and pop-ups in NYC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, representing the Gabriela Ceballos NY brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

    Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of our products, effectively communicating the brand's unique selling points.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing display of products.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing products as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of street markets and pop-ups.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and industry news to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
  • Uphold the company's visual merchandising standards and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales area.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

    • Pay : $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
