A company is looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to escalated tickets and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking
Provide onsite and remote technical support, including software installations and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment
Assist with user account management and maintain inventory accuracy for hardware assets
Required Qualifications :
Strong technical skills in hardware / software troubleshooting
Experience with VPN, networking, and operating system upgrades
Proficiency in account management and software deployment
Familiarity with telecommunications systems
Knowledge of asset and configuration management practices
