Key Responsibilities

Lead by actively posting, editing, and engaging across various social media platforms

Manage and mentor a team of social media producers and contractors

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on audience feedback

Required Qualifications

4+ years managing social media for a sports, entertainment, or digital media brand

Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X / Twitter

Strong skills in video editing (Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut) and Photoshop

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
