• 650 deliveries per year
• Call ratio : 1 in 5
• Less than 5 phone consults per 24 hours
• 5 patients seen during call
• 3 admissions during call
• Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
