Registered Nurse – Infusion Experience (Home Care - Boston Area)

📍 BrightStar Care of Acton | Andover | Lowell 🕒 Flexible | Part-Time | Per Diem 💰 $45–$58 / hr | Bonus + Benefits

If you’re confident with IVs, passionate about home health, and thrive in an autonomous setting—you’re the nurse we want on our team.

What You’ll Do :

Initiate and manage infusion therapy in the home

Start IVs, access PICC lines and implanted ports

Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after infusions

Communicate with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and care teams

Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems

Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and post-care

Ensure strict compliance with clinical guidelines and safety protocols

Provide wound care and dressing changes per physician orders

Administer injections (e.g., insulin, antibiotics, vitamin therapies)

Support medication management and monitoring of vital signs

Qualifications :

• ️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• ️ Active RN license in Massachusetts
• ️ Strong IV insertion skills and confidence with PICC / port access
• ️ Proficiency in wound care, injections, and medication administration
• ️ Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• ️ Exceptional clinical judgment, reliability, and compassion
• ️ Strong communication and time management skills

Benefits :
