As a locum tenens provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering outpatient gastroenterology services in a clinic setting.

Schedule and Setting :

The schedule for this locum tenens position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The focus of this role is outpatient care, eliminating the need for on-call duties, critical care ICU responsibilities, and backup duties in the ER. This creates an environment where you can concentrate on providing exceptional care to patients without the additional demands often associated with inpatient responsibilities.

Patient Volume and Certification :

The average daily patient volume in the clinic is approximately 15-20 visits, ensuring a manageable and patient-focused workload. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS, with an EPIC EMR system in place for streamlined documentation and efficient communication.
