Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full life cycle recruiting process for the Strategic Partnerships team
Get creative with sourcing and engaging candidates who align with the company's mission
Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their goals and the type of talent needed
Required Qualifications
At least 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in GTM, Sales, or Business Development
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers
Experience in proactive talent sourcing and engagement
Ability to operate in a fast-moving and evolving environment
Data-driven and organized, with a willingness to adapt quickly
