The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for nationwide recruitment efforts for management and leadership talent for the Portfolio Group. The ideal candidate for this role will :

• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business objectives and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and apply thoughtful, impactful communication skills to drive action throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for recruiting management and leadership talent within Portfolio Group, providing strategic guidance and best practices while driving for results in a fast paced environment.
