Job Description

As we expand deeper into energy & utilities, we're seeking a Senior Manager who can lead from the front : developing business, leading client delivery, and accelerating growth through innovation, strategy, and collaboration.

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a visible, influential roleshaping go-to-market strategies, driving digital transformation, and delivering data-driven, cutting-edge solutions. You'll guide clients through high-impact engagements, lead multidisciplinary teams, and mentor future leaders. This is your opportunity to be a catalyst for growth, both for our clients and within our firm.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Sales Enablement & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, with a focus on driving our wildfire mitigation offering and expanding our footprint in energy & utilities.
• Lead pre-sales activities including client discovery, solution design, and RFP developmentensuring alignment between client challenges and Logic20 / 20 offerings.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies, develop tailored proposals, and close strategic engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by providing insights into digital transformation trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

At Logic20 / 20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20 / 20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $155,770-$201,721 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
