CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Manager of DevOps to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the CLA's DevOps and platform engineering initiatives specifically for application development. This role ensures stability, scalability, and efficiency of the pre-production environments and manages deployments to production, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across development, QA, and IT operations teams. This role combines the functions of a DevOps Manager with platform engineering responsibilities for pre-production environments. In addition, this role will lead the strategy and vision for the DevOps / Platform Engineering Team. This role will ensure efficient migrations with robust metrics and analytics that illustrate effectiveness, along with comprehensive monitoring and tooling.
