Role description :

Arcadis is seeking a Principal in Architecture and Urbanism Data Centers to expand the Mission Critical and Industrial Facilities practice across the US. Reporting to the Mission Critical and Industrial Facilities Practice Group Manager this role emphasizes leadership strategic business development and brand elevation within the national data center and mission critical projects market. The candidate will play a key role in driving Arcadis outward-facing strategy to achieve growth and increase market visibility.

The ideal candidate for the position is a recognized market leader in data center and mission critical market with a proven track record in business development and project management.

Role accountabilities :

• Collaborate with global and regional leadership (Global Industrial Practice Group Director Market Strategists Business Unit Directors) to create an annual business development strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead the communication and execution of business strategies across the US
• Set business development targets alongside Practice Group Managers.
• Lead client capture plans and pre-marketing initiatives to secure projects.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients fostering long-term partnerships.
• Drive proposal development and interview preparation for RFQs and RFPs.
• Implement global and national growth strategies to expand the practice.
• Mentor future leaders within the organization to ensure continuity in client relationships and leadership roles.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $113000 - $193000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
