Robert Half has a new permanent opportunity for a Junior Estimator. This role requires frequent travel in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area (50-80% of the time) and can work remotely from home when not traveling. Some overnight travel will be required out of state. This role involves collaborating with senior team members to support the initial phases of project estimation and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in construction and estimating, along with a keen eye for precision and accuracy. Responsibilities :

• Capture 3D images and create layouts of client properties using specialized software and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with senior project and estimating staff to ensure accurate data collection and integration.
• Input information and renderings into the system to facilitate the early stages of the estimating process.
• Develop detailed floor plans based on captured data.
• Maintain thorough photo documentation for project records.
• Assist with special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and quality execution.
