A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Day Shift / Weekends).
Key Responsibilities
Manage inquiries and diagnose software and hardware issues for users
Provide first-level support and escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels
Maintain detailed records of interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Windows systems and Microsoft 365
Experience in building and installing PCs and related desktop infrastructure
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with computer systems and networks
Willingness to collaborate with IT teams for complex issue resolution and process improvement
