Compliance & Operations Manager (On-Site)

~$1B Boutique Wealth Management Firm | Lawrence, KS

Join an established and growing ~$1B RIA serving high net worth families in a thoughtful, mission-driven environment. This role strengthens the firms operational core and supports a culture that values curiosity, problem-solving, and authentic client relationships.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations
  • Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows
  • Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance / annuity administration
  • Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives

Whats Offered

  • $90,000 - $110,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Annual bonus opportunity (typically 5 - 15% of base)
  • Medical, dental, vision; retirement plan with up to 3% match; PTO
  • Primarily on-site with occasional flexibility

    • What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Operations and / or compliance background
  • Licensing preferred (7 & 66 or 63 & 65)
  • Strong communication, detail orientation, and process-improvement mindset
