A Brief Overview
The Cell Therapy and Transplant Section (CTTS) in the Kelly Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting and eager to learn Program Coordinator who will join an internationally recognized clinical and research program that treats more pediatric CAR-T patients than anywhere in the world. CTTS at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is working to transform the therapeutic landscape for pediatric patients with leukemia, lymphoma and other rare diseases through transplant and cellular and gene therapies. The individual will work within a multidisciplinary, dynamic team of researchers, clinicians, administrators and staff, as part of CTTS Operations and an active contributor to the CHOP Research Institute. We are looking for a collaborative individual with strong initiative, independent critical thinking and genuine curiosity, who enjoys problem solving and taking thoughtful action. Our ideal candidate brings gumption, grit, a proactive mindset to daily duties noticing gaps and stepping in and actively looks for ways to add value. Success in this role requires accountability, excellent prioritization and organizational skills as well as strong self-direction. Our goal at CTTS is to improve the quality of life for children living with cancer and rapidly advance therapeutic options by using personalized, engineered cell therapies to treat pediatric cancer.
