This is a hands‑on, highly creative role for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, production, and strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind high‑quality video content that inspires trust, attracts talent, fuels sales, and strengthens our culture.

What You’ll Do

As our Video Producer, you’ll own the full production lifecycle, from concept through delivery, while ensuring every project aligns with EIP’s brand and business goals.

Lead full‑cycle video production :

concepting, scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, directing, shooting, editing, and final delivery

Produce diverse content : branded campaigns, commercials, social‑first videos, recruiting reels, training content, testimonials, podcasts, and executive messaging

Elevate storytelling quality

across all formats (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, web, paid ads)

Direct on‑camera talent and executives

with confidence to capture natural, compelling performances

Oversee post‑production

workflows including advanced editing, motion graphics, animation, audio mixing, and color correction

Collaborate cross‑functionally

with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Leadership to create high‑impact content that drives measurable outcomes

Manage production resources :

studio equipment, cameras, lighting, sound, and editing systems

Stay ahead of trends

in digital media, short‑form storytelling, and video marketing best practices

Maintain a content library and archive system

ensuring reusability and scalability of assets

What You Bring

5+ years of professional experience in video production, videography, or editing (agency or in‑house creative team experience preferred)

Expert‑level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus)

Proficiency in directing, cinematography, and lighting design for professional shoots

Portfolio of high‑quality work showcasing creativity, range, and technical expertise

Strong understanding of platform‑specific optimization (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch concepts and lead creative discussions

Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives a plus

Must be able to work full‑time on‑site in Tampa, FL
