[job_card.job_description]Paid Training : All new team members complete a 4-day onboarding training (Mon–Thurs, 8 : 30am–4 : 30pm) at our Arden Hills, MN training center Ongoing support and development from experienced leadership Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support mobility and transfers within the facility Help with medication administration (training provided) Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation Light housekeeping and meal assistance Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living / Memory Care preferred) CNA Certification preferred, but not required Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!) CPR / First Aid knowledge preferred Must be at least 18 years old A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability
