On behalf of our Heavy Equipment client, Procom is searching for a Service Technician for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client’s Middleton, Massachusetts office.

Service Technician (Middleton, MA) - Job Description :

Perform maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and refurbishments on assigned equipment at designated service locations, following direction from the Service Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring top-quality service delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships, and adhering to company best practices in both technical and administrative activities.

Service Technician (Middleton, MA) - Responsibilities :

• Stay current on equipment specifications and technical developments through internal updates and training programs.
• Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with customers as directed by the Service Manager to ensure high satisfaction.
• Comply with all safety protocols and environmental requirements.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, report, plan, and complete maintenance or repair tasks as assigned.
• Plan and manage time, tools, and resources effectively to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Provide feedback to the Service Manager to support ongoing quality and process improvements.
