Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of legal matters with a focus on Defense Litigation in Personal Injury and Construction Defect cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in managing a diverse caseload including insurance subrogation, personal injury, and construction defect cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in depositions and court hearings under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies and prepare for trials
• Analyze case files and provide recommendations based on legal analysis.
• Manage timelines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
