Position Summary As an FP&A Manager, you will support the CFO for the Northeast region with achieving the region's financial and strategic goals. This role allows you to support the Northeast Region with managing and growing the Commercial and Specialty products within the region and this role will report to the VP, Region CFO.

You will accomplish this by :

• Partnering with senior management team within the region to maintain financial and operational control of the business
• Supporting the financial close, planning and forecasting processes
• Analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas to focus on and analyze results, including detailed review of medical cost drivers and DOS results
• Analyzing premiums and fees rate against budgets and forecasts
• Supporting P&L / cost center owner level reporting, membership or expense forecasts, product reporting and balance sheet reporting
• Collaborating with constituent areas including Actuarial, Underwriting, Network and Medical Economics
• Resolving problems and drive issues to resolution
• Presenting financials to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is : $60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
