We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our office by providing a variety of administrative support tasks. As the Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the office and provide administrative support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with team members and external clients.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors and management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
