A company is looking for a Remote IT Live Helpdesk Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support IT production systems and services for end users
Drive incident, issue, and outage management, including investigation and restoration activities
Provide exceptional technical support by promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of live Help Desk call experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree may be considered
Ability to work remotely and reside within 30 minutes of San Antonio, TX
Exposure to Help Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
Exposure to remote communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
