Detailer / Modeler

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Detailer / Modeler for our client in the Steel Manufacturing domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Permanent position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration : Full-time

Location : Rock Hill, SC

Salary : $60,000-$70,000 / Annually

Role : Detailer / Modeler

Primary Skills : Engineering

Role Description : The Detailer / Modeler must have 4+ years of experience.

Basic Job Functions :

Duties of the successful candidate include but are not limited to the following :

• Read and understand transmission line drawings and project specifications
• Prepare accurate 3D models and corresponding erection and shop detail drawings using Autodesk Inventor and / or BluestarPLM software
• Collaborate with structural engineers to implement product design into the model and drawings
• Utilize internal detailing practices and understand specific customer needs
• Consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with teammates and customers
• Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Work overtime when required to meet commitments
• Travel may be required but infrequent
