Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee remote teams and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and onboard new hires while ensuring high team morale and performance

Monitor team achievement of SLA's and KPI's, providing coaching and support as needed

Analyze performance management data to facilitate continuous improvement among team members

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Operations or Program Manager managing remote teams of 15+ individuals

Proven track record in developing and implementing process improvements impacting KPI / SLA attainment

Experience in coaching and supporting team members to enhance performance

Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement

Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology preferred
