Idaho Licensed Care Manager

A company is looking for an Idaho Care Manager (ICC-Youth), Idaho Licensed.

Key Responsibilities

Authorize and review utilization of mental health and substance abuse services in inpatient and outpatient settings

Assist with discharge planning and care coordination while providing member assistance for mental health and substance abuse issues

Participate in quality improvement activities, including data collection, tracking, and analysis

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current Idaho state clinical license (CEAP, LMSW, LCSW, LSW, LPC, or RN)

Minimum of 2 years of post-degree experience in healthcare, behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance abuse settings

Knowledge of utilization management procedures and community resources for mental health and substance abuse

Experience in inpatient and / or outpatient settings

Understanding of DSM V or the most current diagnostic edition
