About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Administration PA in Ridgewood, New York, 11386!

We are seeking an experienced Nurse

Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Locums assignment

with potential to convert to Perm at a primary care practice serving

geriatric patients in a value-based care model.

This is a hybrid role with blend of coverage in outpatient clinics as well as home-based patient care.

Compensation :  $75 – $85 per hour

Position Details :

Schedule :  Monday – Friday (2–5 days per

week; flexible days that suit your availability)

Patient Load :

• Home Care : 3–5 patients per day

Clinic : Small census of 7–10 patients per

day

Setting :  Hybrid (Outpatient clinic +

home-based care), value-based primary care for elderly patients

Responsibilities :

Deliver comprehensive primary care services,

including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care

Diagnose, treat, prescribe medications, and

develop individualized treatment plans

Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs,

imaging, etc.)

Provide patient education and promote

wellness initiatives

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and

support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Refer patients to specialists and manage

follow-ups

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and

professional regulations
