Location

This is an on-site role based in Pearl City, HI, USA.

Schedule

This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, with overtime as scheduled. Employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full-time benefits eligibility.

Base Pay Range

$18.50 $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

About The Job

As a Warehouse Associate, youll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring freight is accurately received, organized, and prepared for delivery. This role is hands?on and fast?paced, ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and safety.

In This Role, You Will

• Identify, sort, and organize freight on pallets according to manifests and customer orders.
• Review freight for accuracy and verify shipment counts.
• Locate and document missing or damaged freight, including taking photos as necessary.
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Complete manifest paperwork accurately for each piece or pallet of freight.
• Conduct daily inventory of trailers in the yard.
• Assist with pre-loading of bobtail trucks.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six (6) months of related warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Forklift certification (if operating a forklift).
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Desired

• Hazardous Materials (HazMat) certification.
• Previous experience in a logistics or freight handling environment.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and accountability skills.
