Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement dashboards to optimize core business operations
Focus on prescriptive analytics by designing solutions for clinical operations and member support teams
Manage complex data models that adapt to evolving operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a startup, healthcare company, or consulting firm
Advanced skills in SQL and statistical programming (Python or R), with experience in building BI dashboards
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering / Data Engineering teams
Demonstrated interest in the application of Agentic AI to enhance business intelligence
