Technical Recruiter

About the role

This is Metaview's first in-house recruiter, working directly with Shahriar, co-founder & CTO. It's a full-cycle role with the expectation that you'll do "the whole thing" and some. To name a few, this means :

• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively sourcing, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.
• Screening and assessing candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Continuously refining and improving pitches to attract top tier candidates.
• Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Fostering a world-class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.
• Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging tools.

We're a small team, so you'll work quite closely with everyone. Your primary sparring partner, however, will be Shahriar-Metaview's co-founder & CTO. Hear directly from him about what it's like to work with him :

This role is based in our San Francisco office, located at 75 Federal Street. You'll be expected to work from the office at least three days a week : Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
