Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time

Location : Okemos, MI - Ingham County Medical Care Facility

Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic therapy team in Okemos, MI. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat residents to restore or enhance their functional abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve resident goals
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs

Requirements :

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Michigan
  • Skilled nursing facility or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
