Poolsure, an Aquasol Company , is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Repair Technician to join our team in the Central Texas area.

As a Junior Repair Technician at Poolsure, your primary responsibility will be to assist Senior Technicians with pool equipment repairs at customer-owned Commercial Aquatic Facilities. Additionally, you will be instrumental in modeling industry best practices and communicating national standards to create lasting relationships with our customers.

This position includes a company vehicle, allowing you to start and end your workday from home. Daily travel to our office location in San Marcos is not required.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist in performing basic repairs on pool pumps and filters under the guidance of Senior Team members.
• Learn to diagnose repair issues and draft accurate quotes for customers.
• Collaborate with Senior Team members to identify and repair underground pool leaks.
• Conduct concrete demolition, excavate pool pipes, and perform concrete patching.
• Carry out above-ground piping repairs.
• Install new pool equipment as needed.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials within the company vehicle.
