Quantitative Researcher

A company is looking for a Quantitative Researcher (Education & Employment).

Key Responsibilities

Conducting rigorous quantitative research and evaluations in employment, education, and disability

Analyzing and presenting large datasets to inform program administrators and policymakers

Collaborating with state and local organizations to enhance program effectiveness and capacity

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in economics, public policy, sociology, education, statistics, data science, or related field; or a Master's degree with relevant coursework and experience

Strong quantitative analytical skills, particularly in causal inference methodologies

Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or STATA

Ability to work well in teams

Interest in human services programs or agencies, school districts, or government foundations is a plus
