Position Summary :
Under the direction of the Player Development Manager, the incumbent handles all informational inquiries, TVG withdrawals / deposits, Sportsbook withdrawals / deposits and overall management of the Players Club desk while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Incumbent handles all VIP player requests, assisting the Player Development Manager when needed. Assist Mutuels Manager with simulcasting / program files when needed.

Education And / Or Experience :
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college preferred
Gaming License Required
Special Qualifications :
Language Skills :
Ability to read and understand financial reports, policy and procedure manuals, and technical instructions. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guest or Associates of the organization.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as factions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to read player ratings.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables. Must have a high level of independent problem solving.
