Kreative Leitung

Gebe die kreative Richtung für Kommunikations-Projekte vor und stelle sicher, dass diese konsistent über alle Touchpoints umgesetzt werden. Entwickele und setze innovative Gestaltungs- und Kampagnenkonzepte um.

Team-Inspiration

Inspiriere und fördere ein Team von Grafik- und Videodesigner, um einen kreativen Output und eine kollaborative Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen.

Trendanalyse & Anwendung

Interpretiere globale Verbraucher- und Designtrends in umsetzbare grafische Inhalte. Spüre Trends auf, beobachte Wettbewerber und Zielgruppen, um zielgruppenspezifische Kampagnen zu entwickeln.

Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

Arbeite mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine kohärente visuelle Kommunikation zu gewährleisten.

Qualifikationen

Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kreation

Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, kreative Konzepte zu entwickeln

Starker Teamgeist und Engagement für kreative Exzellenz

Leidenschaft für innovative Ideen und die Fähigkeit, Grenzen im kreativen Bereich zu überschreiten

Sehr gutes Gespür für Markenkonsistenz und strategische Ausrichtung.

Erfahrung mit KI-generiertem Content von Vorteil

Beherrschung von Adobe Creative Cloud und anderen relevanten Gestaltungs-Programmen
