The Digital Analytics Analyst owns analytics and reporting across kiosk and web commerce platforms. This role blends product ownership with delivery management : leading GA4 / GTM implementation, governing event taxonomy, audit data quality, and ensure measurement is aligned to business goals. You will influence both the implementation of data capture and the output derived from that data, ensuring integrity and usefulness end-to-end. Youll be responsible for defining, refining, and reporting on KPIs that measure both platform health and business performance, while producing actionable insights for Marketing, Merchandising, and leadership.
