Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Knowledge Manager to support the 363 rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (363 ISRW) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) . The Knowledge Manager will play a critical role in managing, organizing, and optimizing information and knowledge-sharing processes to enhance mission effectiveness. This position requires expertise in knowledge management systems, collaboration tools, and the ability to streamline workflows to support intelligence and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to ensure the efficient organization, storage, and retrieval of mission-critical information.

• Manage and maintain knowledge repositories , ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and security.
• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across teams, units, and stakeholders to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Identify and address gaps in knowledge-sharing processes, recommending and implementing solutions to improve workflows.
• Provide training and support to personnel on the use of knowledge management tools and systems.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and metrics to track the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and leadership, to align knowledge management efforts with mission priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
