Are you friendly, outgoing, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join our crew as a Front Desk Agent and become the heart of our island escape! You'll be the first to say "Welcome to paradise" and the last to send guests off with a smilemaking sure every stay starts and ends on a high note.

At Margaritaville, we believe in hospitality with a tropical twistlaid-back luxury, genuine warmth, and attention to detail. If you're ready to turn check-ins into cheerful hellos and check-outs into fond farewells, this is the perfect place for your next adventure.

Your day in paradise includes :

  • Greeting guests with island-style warmth and a can-do attitude
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and accurately
  • Offering insider tips on local attractions, dining, and our resort amenities
  • Responding to guest requests and concerns with empathy and swift solutions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless stays
  • Keeping the front desk area organized, clean, and guest-ready
  • Handling cash and credit transactions with precision
  • Staying attentive, proactive, and committed to making every guest feel special

What you'll bring to the crew :

  • A genuine love for hospitality and people
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus

    Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous cash handling experience required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High School diploma or equivalent
