Job Title : Operator Job Description

We are seeking skilled Hi-Lo Operators to join our EH&S department. This role involves outdoor work, primarily operating a Hi-Lo to transport materials between plants. The position offers both morning and afternoon shifts, with mandatory weekend hours currently in place.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hi-Lo vehicles outdoors to transport materials from one plant to another.
• Handle materials by moving, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient production flow.

Work Environment

The work environment is predominantly outdoors, requiring walking between large facility buildings. The department operates in a meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit space. Employees will adhere to clean room protocols, including wearing appropriate garb and beard nets if applicable. Our facility emphasizes organization and cleanliness through the 5S3K methodology.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
