Job Responsibilities - Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their individual functional goals

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work hand-in-hand with various healthcare professionals including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and well-rounded care
- Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their caregivers about therapeutic techniques to promote ongoing advancement outside of therapy sessions
- Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track towards their goals
Education - Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
- Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is highly encouraged
Certifications - Holding an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
