Clinical Director (BCBA) – On-Site | Durham, NC
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services at our pediatric autism clinic in Durham, NC. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role focused on clinical quality, staff development, and positive outcomes for children and families.
The Clinical Director partners closely with the Regional Director to ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA services, strong clinical outcomes, and a supportive clinical culture. This role does not require travel.
Compensation :
$140,000–$160,000 total compensation, including performance-based bonus potential
Schedule :
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site
Requirements
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification (required)
3–5+ years of experience providing pediatric ABA services
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead, mentor, and support clinical teams
Knowledge of BACB, Medicaid, and payer compliance standards
Ability to work on-site in Durham, NC

Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience in a Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Director, or senior BCBA leadership role Demonstrated ability to provide clinical oversight and mentorship Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Commitment to ethical, data-driven ABA services Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational teams
