Key Responsibilities :

• Effectively implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform various treatments, procedures, and assessments, while documenting in accordance with company policy and all relevant regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to thoroughly assess patient conditions.
• Regularly assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Offer primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding the highest standards of professional nursing.
